'Eternal Light' Statement Cuff Bracelet

This beaded statement cuff bracelet is a representation of The Trail of Tears - The forced removal of the Cherokee, Creek, Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Seminole -
driven by the Indian Removal Act of 1830 & the Cherokee Removal of 1838-1839.

'Eternal Light' depicts a frigid winter scene of a horse and rider on the trail of tears, trudging through deep snow, unsure of what the future may hold. With deep sorrow and uncertainty, the brilliant and joyful colors of the early morning gives the rider a sense of hope, knowing that even through immense suffering and loss, Creator will always be our Eternal Light.

This cuff bracelet has been beaded with the traditional two-needle applique technique using Charlotte cut seed beads, backed with deer hide and signed.
